Join Our Network
(This is not employment — these are simply the standards families look for when choosing a sitter through our platform.)
✓ Age 18 or Older
Families typically prefer sitters who are legally adults.

✓ Childcare Experience
Experience can include babysitting, nannying, camp counseling, classroom support, church nursery, or similar.
​
✓ Background Check
Sitters cover their background check once moving forward in the process.
A matching bonus is added to their profile after completing 10 successful sitter dates.
This is completed through CHECKR.

✓ CPR/First Aid Awareness
Families often prefer sitters who are certified, or willing to obtain certification on their own.
​
✓ Reliable Transportation
Sitters choose their own travel radius and only accept matches that work for them.
​
✓ Strong Communication Skills
Families highly value punctual, clear, friendly communication.
​
✓ Smartphone for Receiving Match Requests
You’ll need texting or app access to receive sitter match broadcasts.
How the Matching Process Works
(Simple, flexible, and always on your terms)
Please note: Not all applicants are accepted into the network.
Applicants must meet all qualifications and complete each step to be approved for referral matches.​
1. Join the Network
Submit your information so families can view your profile once you’re approved.

2. Qualification Review
We carefully review each application to ensure all boxes are checked and the sitter meets the standards families expect.
​
3. Receive Match Broadcasts
When a family requests care that aligns with your experience and preferences, our system sends you the details.
You are never required to accept any match.
​
4. Review Booking Information
Every broadcast includes time, location, number of children, and any family notes.
​
5. Accept or Decline — No Pressure
You stay in full control of your schedule. Sitters only take the matches they want.
​
6. Connect With the Family
Once you accept a match, the family receives your profile and will reach out directly with any final details.
​
7. Complete the Sitter Date
Provide great care, enjoy the opportunity, and build relationships with families who may request you again.
